Comments on: Flash Messenger Bug in Zend Framework + Patch

One of my greatest pains when using Zend Framework is the compatibility tracking.
I’m usually stuck with a particular version of ZF and when browsing API docs, there is sadly no easy way to tell if a feature is available in that particular version (@since would do).
In this case, I’m stuck with a version of PHP, and if this pitfall was known to ZF maintainers – I can only say – shame on you guys.

I’m pretty sure this is a session bug in PHP version 5.2.1 (and below) and not so much a bug in the helper itself. Still, this is a solid fix. Thanks!
